Schedule
- Full-time
- Remote or on-site in Lansdale, PA
- Flexible schedule with some evening or weekend hours required
What You’ll Do
- Contact borrowers within 24 hours of consultation to review cash, credit, and income qualifications
- Accurately pre-approve eligible borrowers, provide payment scenarios, and maintain proactive communication
- Manage pipeline: onboard contracts, submit loan applications, ensure 95%+ of loans close on time, and resolve issues before escalation
What You Need
- Active NMLS license (required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage processing, underwriting, or origination
- In-depth product knowledge: FHA, VA, Conventional, Home Equity Lines, and 2nd mortgages
- Proficiency in DU/DO, LP, Encompass
- Ability to analyze tax returns and accurately calculate income
- Strong communication, time management, and ability to perform under pressure
