The Learning Management Specialist is a single point of contact for the Travel Leaders Network LMS. This position will support all training initiatives and ensure accurate information resides in the LMS. This position will manage all data on new and existing agencies in the Travel Leaders Network plus all training programs offered through the LMS. The successful candidate will provide administrative LMS support to the educational services team. Essential to this role are problem solving skills, attention to detail and knowledge of software platforms.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas. Many factors, such as years of experience, geographical location, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.

This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.

Responsibilities
Manage agency registration process for training programs and apply cancellation process when necessary.
Enter new training programs into the LMS Catalog. Ensure catalog is accurate and always updated.
Complete monthly report of all training activities.
Enter new agencies into the LMS and ensure they are accurately connected for single sign-on.
Update agency and learner records in the LMS.
Ensure all online lessons are added to the Catalog and quizzes, certificates are posted.
Update Poll on monthly basis to target company initiates
Provide day-to-day support for LMS to internal staff as well as Travel Leaders Network offices.
Leverage various technologies to facilitate smoother LMS process and ensure the Travel Leaders Network technology platforms work as needed with the LMS. Make recommendations for change as needed.
Performs other such duties as required
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of work experience with a Learning Management System and/or experience with learning technology systems.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills with follow up.
Superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
PC Skills including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
Strong technical background is required.
Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple internal departments within the organization.
Working individually and in group setting required
Problem solving abilities.
Willing to travel 10% of time.
