About You

Nutrafol is looking for a data-driven, creative, and collaborative Lifecycle Associate to join the Customer Team. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, and will work closely with product, brand and technical teams to ensure that the Nutrafol brand voice and design elements carry consistently across a variety of channels and mediums. This role will play an important part in the strategy and execution of post-purchase communications that support Nutrafol customers in reaching their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support retention, loyalty and audience strategy with campaigns and on-message marketing
  • Create and execute on post-purchase communication briefs for a variety of channels and mediums
  • Partner with brand and creative to create engaging content and experiences for customers across email, sms, app, website, in-box, and other channels
  • Help craft messaging and marketing throughout lifecycle campaigns
  • Ensure all customer-facing content and activities are rooted in customer needs; acting as the customer advocate across a variety of projects
  • Help manage content on a variety of owned channels, including app and web
  • Ensure synergy and alignment, in messaging and experience, across all customer touch points
  • Work with vendors to deliver engaging experiences for customers in direct mail, paid media, web, app, email, SMS and a variety of other channels
  • Understand the full customer experience and work to refine that experience through testing and new channels in support of customer team KPIs
  • Provide recommendations on execution strategies

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in customer engagement, experience, or marketing operations in a DTC, eComm or Retail company
  • Highly organized with experience in successfully managing day-to-day operations 
  • Analytical mindset and creative thinking skills, comfortable looking at performance against core KPIs and assisting with optimizations accordingly
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with brand, creative, and external agency partners 
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to pivot and adjust to changes to support business goals
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs

Preferred:

  • Experience in subscription services, health and wellness, or eCommerce space
  • Experience in health, wellness, supplement, or hair care verticals
  • Experience with retention marketing, CRM, and loyalty programs in a startup environment

Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.

Salary Range:

$65,000—$75,000 USD
