Schedule & Location
- Full-time, remote from any U.S.-based location
- Must be able to work Central or Eastern time zone hours
- Day or evening shift options (evening shifts include differential pay)
Earnings & Benefits
- Average annual earnings: $64K; top performers exceed $95K–$100K+
- Uncapped monthly bonuses (top 5 agents can earn up to $2,000 extra/month)

Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with new and existing customers
- Consult with seniors to understand needs and match them with life insurance solutions
- Manage upgrades, cross-selling, and customer retention opportunities
- Navigate multiple systems to complete enrollments efficiently
- Meet sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Active Life and Health Insurance license in your resident state
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales-driven, customer-focused mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with virtual training and working from a home office
