Responsibilities

  • Track and manage employee security and private investigator licenses, including training requirements
  • Coordinate and process licensing applications by gathering required documents and communicating directly with field agents
  • Review, verify, and retain sensitive application and training documentation in compliance with local and federal laws
  • Notify, schedule, and track required training to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate application statuses and escalate issues to leadership as needed
  • Prevent licensing lapses through proactive communication with agents and supervisors
  • Track, report, and analyze application outcomes, costs, and completion timelines
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and reports in multiple systems
  • Draft quality and incident reports if required
  • Support department goals with metrics tracking and continuous process improvement

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in communications, data management, analysis, or security administration
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication across all organizational levels
  • Able to manage multiple projects under competing deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and client service focused
  • Team-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Compensation

  • Starting at $25.00 per hour
