- Paid training: 6 weeks classroom, 7 weeks transition
- Active resident P&C license required (include NPN number in application)
What You’ll Do
- Advise customers on coverage options, pricing, and plan benefits
- Process new and updated policy enrollments
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently while resolving inquiries
- Actively listen, assess needs, and deliver a positive experience
- Provide expert customer service through inbound/outbound channels
- Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and compliance standards
What You Need
- Active resident P&C license (Personal Lines)
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- High-speed wired internet (40 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload, combined 50 Mbps)
- Must reside in the US with a valid residential address
