Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (must reside in FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MO, OH, TX, or WI)
- Standard business hours with some flexibility
Responsibilities
- Engage with members via phone, text, email, and online banking to resolve loan inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Conduct outbound calls to members, vendors, titling agencies, and recording jurisdictions to resolve outstanding title or loan servicing tasks
- Process and maintain consumer loan transactions, including accrued interest calculations, adjustments, and fee reversals
- Serve as a subject matter expert on multi-state regulations impacting lending and title processing
- Process, perfect, and release security interests for vehicle, recreational, and marine titles, as well as UCC filings
- Handle state-to-state title transfers, payoff/title requests, vendor/third-party communications, and loan assignments
- Accurately maintain loan documents and ensure compliance with federal and state lending laws (TRID, ECOA, HMDA, ATR, BSA, fair lending, etc.)
- Identify and recommend improvements to lending processes for efficiency and quality
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- 1+ year of lending, loan processing, or financial institution experience required
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer communication skills
- Ability to manage multi-state title processes and regulatory requirements
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
