Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Occasional travel to FreedomCare locations across the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate diverse training programs including new hire onboarding, professional upskilling, and leadership development
  • Design, update, and refine training content—presentations, job aids, quizzes, and workshops—to align with business needs
  • Foster a growth-oriented learning culture and enhance performance through coaching, feedback, and individualized support plans
  • Measure training effectiveness using assessments, data, and feedback to improve learning experiences
  • Collaborate with leaders to ensure training initiatives meet business goals and evolving priorities
  • Reinforce knowledge through evaluations, shadowing, and one-on-one coaching
  • Stay current with adult learning principles, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content and delivery
  • Serve as an interim manager for new hires, offering feedback and structured support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of training experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Healthcare, education, or HR experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Experience with virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, Adobe Connect); Salesforce experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning and e-learning principles
  • Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills
  • High emotional intelligence, strong coaching skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
