Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Occasional travel to FreedomCare locations across the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning objectives, define outcomes, and set success metrics
  • Conduct needs analysis to ensure training solutions align with business goals
  • Design remote, live, blended, and asynchronous training experiences that drive adoption and measurable results
  • Develop a wide range of assets including courses, videos, infographics, facilitator guides, workshops, and multi-day curricula
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Levels, gathering feedback and improving outcomes
  • Create and update assets that reinforce retention, skill transfer, and application
  • Build relationships with leaders and teams, gathering insights and feedback on all training programs
  • Support live or virtual training sessions as an instructor when needed

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field, or completion of a recognized ID certification program
  • 3+ years of instructional design experience applying adult learning principles
  • Portfolio showcasing curriculum design, multimedia content, and e-learning solutions (required for interview)
  • Strong experience with Articulate Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and other multimedia tools
  • Proficiency with SharePoint and LMS platforms
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Experience assessing learner performance and evaluating training effectiveness over time
  • Willingness to understand business operations firsthand, including speaking with customers
