Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Occasional travel to FreedomCare locations across the US as needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain centralized knowledge bases, SharePoint sites, and documentation hubs
  • Write, edit, and optimize process documentation, job aids, scripts, and internal communications
  • Collaborate with SMEs to capture evolving processes and best practices
  • Serve as the Learning Management System (LMS) administrator: manage uploads, enrollments, compliance tracking, and system configurations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with vendors on resolutions
  • Partner with Salesforce and other teams to ensure LMS integrations and accurate reporting
  • Create automated learning pathways, reminders, and certifications for compliance
  • Generate training analytics and engagement reports, providing insights for improvements
  • Design engaging training assets: infographics, microlearning modules, e-learning courses using tools like Articulate Rise, Vyond, or Camtasia
  • Support trainers with live/virtual sessions and manage post-session resources

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in knowledge management, LMS administration, instructional design, or technical writing (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Strong experience with SharePoint and LMS platforms (e.g., Learn365, Absorb, Relias, Workday, Docebo)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and content authoring tools (Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia)
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills to simplify complex processes
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics to refine learning strategies
  • Collaboration and adaptability across HR, Compliance, Ops, and IT
