What You’ll Do

  • Lead live virtual onboarding sessions for Admissions, Care Experience, and Clinical teams
  • Build and refine e-learning modules, job aids, and onboarding materials
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to improve training programs
  • Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to update content and workflows
  • Maintain training documentation and knowledge hubs
  • Support ongoing development initiatives and identify skill gaps
  • Act as a Salesforce super-user and onboarding resource
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment to support growth and mission impact

What You Need

  • 2+ years in L&D, training, enablement, or similar role
  • Experience designing and delivering virtual learning content
  • Strong facilitation skills with diverse learner groups
  • Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Workspace proficiency (LMS experience preferred)
  • Excellent organization, communication, and project-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education, Org Dev, Communications, etc.)
  • Mission-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving environment
