Schedule

  • Remote role based in MX or LATAM
  • 20–40 hours per week
  • Consistent availability for email, phone, and messaging follow-ups

What You’ll Do

  • Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Source qualified sales leads across social media, referrals, events, and online channels
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to manage and nurture leads
  • Maintain and update CRM systems accurately
  • Follow up with prospects through email, SMS, and phone
  • Research market trends, customer needs, and best practices
  • Develop lead qualification criteria and track conversion metrics
  • Complete additional tasks as needed

What You Need

  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation or appointment setting for international clients
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude
  • Experience with CRMs, cloud tools, desktop sharing, and lead-gen platforms
  • Proficiency with MS Office, spreadsheets, and online scheduling tools
  • Tech-savvy with strong phone, email, and messaging abilities
