Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- 1st Shift: Sun–Thurs, 5:00am–1:30pm EST
- Supervisor: Asia Andrews
What You’ll Do
- Dispatch all service orders to field technicians within 15 minutes of order entry
- Document order changes requested by facilities or physicians
- Confirm receipt of dispatched orders with technicians
- Coordinate ETAs between technicians and facilities when needed
- Reassign orders to different technicians as required
- Contact facilities to schedule or reschedule services
- Assist with inbound customer service calls when directed
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills—listening, confirming, and relaying instructions clearly
- Ability to stay focused in a busy call center environment
- Detail-oriented with strong task management skills
Work-From-Home Requirements
- Private workspace free from distractions
- High-speed internet (Fiber or Cable recommended; DSL/Satellite not recommended)
- PC capable of running TridentCare’s Network Performance Test (Chromebooks not supported)
