As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will own and manage a portfolio of both low and high-touch customers and be responsible for their overall success.
Your Responsibilities
- Interact with customers of all levels (VPs and Directors) through multiple channels (emails, chats, calls, and in-person meetings)
- Dedicated portfolio manager of accounts post implementation
- Provide product training and education to customers to ensure they are able to utilize the product to its full potential
- Provide coaching and best practices to improve the adoption of Beekeeper and expand usage into new features
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities and growth within your customer portfolio
- Identify both value and revenue growth opportunities for clients
- Deliver business reviews and reports to align with customer’s business objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations
- Contribute to the overall improvement of internal processes
- Be the voice of the customer
What we look for in you
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
- Proven ability to work with product & train customers on a product
- Understanding of customer success principles and experience in customer support
- Positive attitude and passionate about customer success
- Comfortable working multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven effectiveness with difficult customer situations and expectation management
- Strong written / verbal communication and in-person presentation skills
Bonus Points
- Background in Internal Communication or HR
- Technical understanding of HR SaaS landscape
- Experience in conducting in-person or online workshops

*For Colorado residents: The base salary range for this position’s level is between $61,000 and $80,000.
*For New York and California residents: The base salary range for this position’s level is between $65,000 and $85,000.
Our total compensation consists of base salary (depending on education, experience, knowledge, skills, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data), stock options plus several additional benefit coverage including learning and development fund, Home Office Set-up reimbursement and the rest of the benefits you can see here.
