Schedule
- Full-time, night shift: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM–5:00 AM PH time)
- Work from home (remote within the Dominican Republic)
What You’ll Do
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants
- Troubleshoot QuickBooks Desktop/Online issues
- Monitor and resolve incidents via NinjaRMM and ticketing tools (e.g., Gam Ninja)
- Write and maintain scripts (PowerShell/Bash) to automate routine tasks
- Work tickets to SLA, documenting steps and resolutions for the knowledge base
- Communicate updates and handoffs via Microsoft Teams with crisp, timely notes
What You Need
- 2+ years in IT support (remote experience a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Hands-on with RMM + ticketing systems
- Scripting ability (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
- QuickBooks familiarity (Desktop and Online)
- Clear communicator; organized under pressure; thrives overnight
