What You’ll Do
- Create medical record request invoices using MedRelease software
- Track and resolve issues through internal feedback mechanisms
- Assist with auditing invoices and resolving discrepancies
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address issues
- Respond to third-party invoicing inquiries and document request notes
- Maintain accuracy and compliance in a high-volume environment
What You Need
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Problem-solving skills with sound judgment under department guidelines
Preferred
- Experience with medical record auditing
