The Inventory Management group works in small project teams to identify and address complex business challenges related to inventory conversion. The team operates as an internal consulting group to supply, manage, and analyze overpayment recovery data for use in assigning actions needed, as well as recommending organizational efficiency improvements across all post-production areas.
The Specialist, Inventory Management produces reporting based on key stakeholder or leadership request. They may provide analysis and/or operational support of a moderately complex nature for various area of the Company, ensuring timely and accurate responses to business and/or functional unit needs. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, intellectually curious, a fast learner, and able to focus on details while thinking strategically.
What will you do?
- Refresh or reproduce established queries and reports to provide data for various analytical projects and/or to drive action
- Integrate data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensure accuracy and integrity, and update data as needed
- May perform high-level statistical analysis based on requests from stakeholders or leadership
- Deliver data / reports in a professional and consumable manner. Includes supplying training materials to the end user
- Assist in follow-up conversations to ensure curative actions are taken
- Maintain SLAs for timely, accurate, and complete report production
- Handle basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
- Develop templates for system training materials based on the training strategy
- Deliver specific application training based on use needs analysis
- Create and document training materials based on key functionality across the application
- Coordinate with product teams to keep training materials current with updated functionality and features
- Develop additional system support materials such as user job aids
Requirements:
- High School or GED equivalent and/or 0-2 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, operational excellence/process improvement, workflow management, and/or finance
- Analytical, quantitative, written, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in fast-paced environment with moderate guidance
- Strong organizational skills
