Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage calendar for Finance Leader of Derivatives & Trading
- Prepare & facilitate regular weekly & monthly meetings
- Coordinate post-meeting follow-up to upload presentations and recordings
- Make travel arrangements (Domestic and International)
- Submit expense reports and invoices
- Coordinate new-hires, transfers and terminations
- Submit request tickets to the Global Technology IT group
- Be a liaison between the IT group and the Finance group for upcoming technology updates and changes that will affect them
- Be a Culture Advocate to the Derivatives employees
- Make meeting arrangements (venue / catering / etc.) for on-site and off-site meetings
- Screen telephone calls and take messages. May give routine and non-routine information to callers.
- Resolve routine inquiries
- Under general supervision, resolve questions & problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels
Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
- Proficient use of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Forms, Teams & SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Skills Advantage Work Ready Certificate, Optional. Some demand to meet deadlines. Some knowledge of departmental workflow
