The Integration team is an important asset to our technology portfolio. As an Integration Design Consultant, you take great pride in creating solutions that give our customers real value and meaning. You will design and lead projects that are using application APIs and integration middleware to connect some of our clients’ integral systems. As the project design lead, you will solve challenging problems and make a real impact in the construction technology industry. An ideal candidate for our team would have construction, technology, or customer service experience, although this is not a requirement. This role requires the ability to work well on a remote team.
What you’ll do…
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects:
- We have many clients, and the relationships vary from monthly check-ins to daily meetings
- Work closely with teammates, customers, vendors & partners
- Document requirements needed for custom developed solutions
- These requirements will be used to develop integration and migration processes on the Boomi platform (ipass)
- Document client SOPs and deliver training to client subject matter experts (if applicable)
- Ongoing analysis and maintenance of integration requirements
- Documentation of flow charts, system architecture and required integration mappings or translations
- Support clients with existing integrations
- Uncover new opportunities and enhancements to existing client solutions
You should have…
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Expert understanding of relevant construction systems connection capabilities.
- Procore’s API a plus
- e-Builder’s API a plus
- 2+ years integration development experience
- Strong understanding of various integration technologies, including iPaaS, REST, SOAP, XML, SQL, FTP/Filesystems
- Strong attention to detail and consulting skills
- Functional experience with ERP and PMIS systems (i.e., NetSuite, Oracle EBS, Oracle JDE, SAP, e-Builder, Procore etc.)
- Experience with working with enterprise level customers and solutions
