Schedule
- Fully Remote (based in Los Angeles, CA)
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Typical hours:
- Mon–Fri: 7:00am – 10:00pm PT
- Sat: 8:00am – 4:30pm PT
- Sun: 9:00am – 5:30pm PT
- Overtime available
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking legal help (no cold calling).
- Assess case viability, document details, and guide clients through intake.
- Build rapport and explain the value of Jacoby & Meyers services to convert 95% of qualified leads into retained clients.
- Refer non-personal injury cases to partner firms.
- Maintain accurate records in case management systems.
- Follow up with callers respectfully and consistently.
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales and client communication skills.
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish required.
- Excellent verbal communication and empathetic listening skills.
- Strong sales or customer service background; PI experience a plus.
- Ability to handle conflict resolution with professionalism.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Salesforce or CRM experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
