What You’ll Do
- Call new and existing specialty pharmacy patients to enroll and support them
- Enroll patients into specialty services (care management, copay assistance, billing setup)
- Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals
- Contact prescribers to obtain missing or needed info
- Manage assigned workflow queues
- Document thoroughly and accurately, including prescription setup in the dispensing system
- Help with triaging prior authorizations as needed (pharmacist verifies final entry)
- Support other areas of the facility as needed with pharmacy-tech type duties
- Follow federal/state laws and company compliance standards
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)
- National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required based on your state
- Preferred: 2+ years of pharmacy support or healthcare environment experience
- Ability to work scheduled hours with shift flexibility
- Strong teamwork, respectful communication, and compliance mindset

- $20.00–$21.96 per hour
