- Full-time, Remote (US)
- Pay: $20.00 – $21.96/hr
- Work window listed: 6:00am CST to 7:00pm (shifts vary)
- Hours of operation noted: Mon–Thu 8:00am–7:00pm, Fri 8:00am–6:00pm

What You’ll Do
- Call new and existing specialty pharmacy patients to enroll and confirm info
- Enroll patients into specialty services (care management, copay assistance, billing details)
- Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals
- Contact providers to obtain missing or needed information
- Manage assigned workflow queues
- Document accurately and set up prescription orders in dispensing software
- Support prior authorization triage as needed (pharmacist verifies final prescription entry)
- Follow all legal and ethical compliance requirements
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)
- CPhT and/or registration/licensure required based on your state’s requirements
- 2+ years pharmacy support or healthcare environment experience preferred
- Able to work scheduled hours (shifts may vary)
- Strong teamwork, respect, and compliance mindset
