Schedule
- Full-time, Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
- Remote, work-from-home position (eligible states: FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, WV)
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls from potential disability clients
- Complete consultations and enter eligibility/application data accurately
- Perform general office tasks including monitoring email and chat communication
- Verify documents and check for discrepancies
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
- Provide clear, professional communication while supporting clients’ needs
- Adapt work hours if business needs require
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of call center experience (auto-dialer experience preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer use
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM; ability to type and talk using a hands-free headset
- Strong verbal, written, and reading comprehension skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and a distraction-free home office setup
- High-speed internet connection (minimum: 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi not acceptable)
Compensation
- $18.00/hour
