What You’ll Do
- Complete dental insurance eligibility verifications through phone, web, and fax
- Enter full insurance breakdowns into client practice management systems
- Communicate directly with dental offices to resolve failed verifications and gather missing information
- Prepare and transmit monthly invoicing forms
What You Need
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes; at least 2 years of dental office experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Sharp attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Familiarity with major practice management systems
- Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and patient confidentiality requirements
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
