- 100 percent remote
- Contract role

- Must have at least 8 hours per week available during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm CST)
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit dental insurance claims quickly and accurately
- Follow up with insurance companies to resolve issues and ensure timely payment
- Post insurance payments and adjustments, reconciling all entries accurately
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and run regular AR reports
- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance-related questions from offices and carriers
- Coordinate with dental offices to ensure proper coding and documentation
What You Need
- At least 5 years of dental insurance billing experience, including claims, posting, and AR
- Strong understanding of dental insurance plans, procedures, and coding
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex billing issues with accuracy and confidentiality
- Proficiency with dental practice management systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.)
- Experience using Google Workspace
