Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (must reside in the U.S.)
  • Standard business hours; candidates in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and complete routine insurance service requests in the Agency Management System
  • Handle questions and concerns professionally and escalate issues to the right resource as needed
  • Support Senior Specialists and Account Managers on service-related tasks; collaborate with offshore teams and provide feedback
  • Process routine client tasks independently (endorsements, COIs, application follow-ups, quoting) and document work in databases
  • Build relationships with clients and insureds to support retention and revenue growth
  • Suggest process improvements to leadership and help maintain service level goals
  • Train and mentor new Account Specialists on basic tasks; audit their work as needed
  • Collaborate across teams to meet client needs and internal goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or equivalent
  • Property & Casualty License strongly preferred (or ability to obtain within first 30 days)
  • 2–3 years of insurance experience (personal, commercial, life & health, employee benefits, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail, process-focused mindset
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn and navigate multiple systems

Compensation

  • $18.91 – $31.92 per hour (based on experience, skills, and location)
  • Annual bonus eligibility
