The Installation Coordinator Position
Sunnova Energy is searching for an Installation Coordinator to be responsible for reviewing cases involving battery installations, creating work orders and dispatching that work to the field. They will be coordinating with homeowners, permitting agencies, shipping providers, warehouses, and other internal Sunnova departments. In addition, the Installation Coordinator will assist as needed with project paperwork management and assist projects to proceed to completion as requested by department leadership.
Responsibilities
- Schedules installation teams for required assessments, installations, and other field visits
- Coordinates with customers, permitting agencies, shipping providers, and warehouses
- Reviews paperwork from the field for accuracy and for processing next actions
- Dispositions field results to the necessary internal departments and external agencies
- Assists in tracking projects progress and milestones
- Compiles reports as requested by manager
Minimum Requirements
- Education required: High School Diploma (or GED)
- 2+ years related experience
- Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience communicating with homeowners for residential construction projects
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Extensive customer service skills
- Prior experience with permitting offices

- Computer and Computer program skills such as Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong written communication skills to communicate with all levels of management
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent judgment in customer relations and managing company resources
- Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines
