Schedule

  • Fully remote role available in select states
  • Eight weeks of paid training
  • Inbound calls only (no cold calling)
  • Must reside in an eligible state for remote employment

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls generated from ADT marketing and partner campaigns
  • Consult with customers to identify needs and close smart home and security sales
  • Schedule installation appointments with local ADT field teams
  • Handle follow-up requests, quotes, and inquiries
  • Transfer customers to appropriate teams when needed to ensure satisfaction

What You Need

  • One year of sales experience preferred
  • Strong closing skills and proven sales ability
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask while engaging customers
  • Problem-solving mindset and high level of professionalism
