Schedule
- Full-time, remote (nationwide)
- Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM–9:30 PM Central Time
- One Saturday or Sunday every 4th week
- 40 hours guaranteed weekly

What You’ll Do
- Handle warm leads primarily by phone (no cold calling)
- Close sales and schedule installations
- Build value, uncover needs, and overcome objections
- Maintain minimum quality expectations and follow sales process standards
- Follow up consistently on an active prospect list
- Work with sales leadership to improve performance and results
- Support the full sales cycle from lead creation through close
What You Need
- High school diploma (required); bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 0–3 years of sales experience
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Motivation to control your income in a commission-driven role
