Schedule
- Full-time remote role
- Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM CST (adjusted for time zone)
- One weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) every 4 weeks
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound (and some outbound) B2C calls from customers needing ignition interlock devices
- Listen closely to customers’ needs, provide clear solutions, and resolve concerns
- Communicate pricing, collect initial lease payments, and upsell additional products as needed
- Ensure timely follow-up with potential customers to close sales
- Meet and exceed sales goals with integrity and customer focus
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years of experience in inbound sales or commission-based retail sales
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and commission-driven mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to type at least 30 WPM
- Remote work experience a plus, but not required
- Must reside in the United States
