What You’ll Do
- Execute infusion integrations from pre–go-live through post-launch stabilization
- Manage integration workplans, timelines, and operational readiness checklists
- Lead EMR conversions into WeInfuse, ensuring accuracy and clinical alignment
- Coordinate across nursing, patient access, revenue cycle, pharmacy, and IT
- Support training readiness and adherence to standardized infusion workflows
- Identify operational risks and escalate issues to infusion leadership
- Serve as the subject matter expert for infusion workflows and WeInfuse
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in infusion services, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations
- Working knowledge of infusion orders, benefits verification, scheduling, and billing workflows
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple integrations at once
- Experience with WeInfuse, AthenaOne, or infusion tech platforms preferred
