Position Summary

The role will have two key responsibilities. 

The primary responsibility is an interface between the Enterprise Problem Management Team and the TSS Service Delivery Team is to review complex incidents or repeating incident to define actions or perform a gap analysis to either minimize the impact of a repeat occurrence or to prevent future occurrences.  This process can include managing a small cross functional team in a focused, high intensity plan to implement the action steps in a short period of time. 

The secondary responsibility is to lead the needed efforts, in a cross-matrix team, assess and address the readiness of key applications for critical peak periods.  During these critical peak period, scalability, performance, resiliency, and stability of these key applications are the focus.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in a technical IT focused role
  • 2+ years’ experience in Application Design or 2 years in Application Architecture
  • 2+ years’ experience in Application Service Delivery (ITIL Framework)
  • 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • 1+ years’ experience with Azure or GCP
  • 1+ years’ experience current experience with Confluence and ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge across all aspects of Technology; Application Development, Operational Support, Process Improvement.
  • A self-driven passion and interest in current technology trends
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • ITIL Certifications preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$63,300.00 – $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
