As a Slipstream Information Center Specialist you will:
- Speak with clients who will rely on you to help them initiate and grow their climate/clean energy solutions
- Promote energy efficiency to the public and clients while responding to customer inquiries, encouraging program participation, and connecting them with other professionals who can help move them toward their goals in bettering the environment
- Research our available resources and provide our product and service information to callers who need your help
- Track call trends, to enable internal process improvements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite necessary
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Team player with the ability to work independently
