Schedule
- Full-time position
- Must have open availability:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–8:00 pm EST
- Saturday, 9:00 am–6:30 pm EST
- Comprehensive paid training provided
- Fully remote — work from home anywhere in the U.S. or Canada
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding recent appliance purchases
- Upsell extended warranty plans using effective sales techniques
- Meet or exceed sales targets and maximize cross-sell opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales in the system
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience plus customer service background
- Prior call center experience preferred
- Must reside in the U.S. or Canada
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Bring-your-own-device setup with:
- Windows 11 operating system (Apple and Chromebooks not supported)
- Minimum 8 GB RAM, Intel i3 processor
- Reliable internet: 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload
- Ethernet connection required
- Webcam and USB headset for communication and training
Benefits & Compensation
- U.S.: $15.00/hour + uncapped cross-sell bonus
- Canada: $16.50/hour ($17.40/hour in BC) + uncapped cross-sell bonus
