Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must reside in WI, GA, TX, NC, OH, MO, or AL
- Flexible schedule, may include weekend availability
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from individuals interested in opening consumer accounts
- Learn customer goals, expenses, and pain points to recommend the best card product
- Deliver scripted and personalized sales presentations
- Overcome objections and close sales while ensuring compliance with policies and federal regulations
- Accurately enter and verify customer details (names, addresses, payment information)
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and upsell opportunities
- Support team goals by meeting call quality, sales, and conversion metrics
- Document interactions in the system with accuracy and timeliness
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 with a High School Diploma or GED
- Previous sales or call center experience preferred, not required
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Clear, professional phone presence
- Bilingual (English/Spanish, French, etc.) a plus depending on program needs
