Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (U.S. only; sponsorship not available)
- Training start dates: November 10 or 17, 2025
- Second-shift and third-shift schedules available
- Work-from-home role with required tech setup (wired Ethernet, 100 Mbps/30 Mbps internet minimum, quiet home office, and compatible device for security access)
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from credit union members, resolving account and financial inquiries
- Provide clear, courteous service and de-escalate complex issues professionally
- Use multiple systems to manage account data, payments, and member requests
- Meet key performance metrics while mentoring peers and supporting team goals
- Escalate issues that impact service flow and contribute to process improvements
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience (or 1+ year in a call center environment preferred)
- Strong PC/Windows skills; basic knowledge of Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills with proven call control, listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable attendance and positive, team-oriented attitude
