Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Paid first-shift (daytime) training, followed by a second-shift schedule (afternoons/evenings)
  • Monday–Friday only

Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers to understand their scheduling needs and recommend the best options
  • Use positive, professional language to represent yourself and the company
  • Adapt communication style to different customer types
  • Maintain consistent availability during scheduled shifts without personal disruptions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience (call center preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma required; college education preferred
  • PC proficiency and ability to learn new systems
  • Dedicated home office with:
    • Separate workspace with door
    • Hardwired internet connection
    • Three power connections
    • Quiet environment free from distractions

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting branded products or services
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Positive, adaptable, and professional demeanor
