Schedule
- Full-time
- Paid first-shift (daytime) training, followed by a second-shift schedule (afternoons/evenings)
- Monday–Friday only
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to understand their scheduling needs and recommend the best options
- Use positive, professional language to represent yourself and the company
- Adapt communication style to different customer types
- Maintain consistent availability during scheduled shifts without personal disruptions
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma required; college education preferred
- PC proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Dedicated home office with:
- Separate workspace with door
- Hardwired internet connection
- Three power connections
- Quiet environment free from distractions
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting branded products or services
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Positive, adaptable, and professional demeanor
