Our business development team serves a worldwide client base selling a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to the real estate and property management industries while going through digitalization. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Archive daily metrics to facilitate pipeline and closed won deal quota achievement 
  • Balance management of Inbound leads through different channels, such as the phone line and chat
  • Research inbound prospects using SFDC database and use third party tools such as Salesloft to communicate with prospects
  • Generate new pipeline through inspiring prospects to take the next step in the sales process
  • Partner directly with Sales Consultant to deliver valuable support to prospects
  • Participate in training designed to prepare you to excel throughout your sales career
  • Carry out all responsibilities in an honest and professional manner
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES
  • 0-1 year of experience in sales/customer service/cold calling/real estate
  • Desire and commitment to a career in sales and work toward a closing role
  • Hunter Mentality. A self-starter who has the desire to learn and grow in the role
  • Possess a strong work ethic and eager to make new connections with prospects
  • Interest in learning about our industry and challenging yourself to be an expert
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work alone/remotely as well as being a productive member of a team
  • Excellent problem solver, willing to collaborate in a competitive environment
  • Not required but nice to have: familiar with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft
  • Bachelor degree preferred
