The Role

We are looking for a talented Implementation Specialist to support our Sales and Migration team via migrations and implementations for star creators, agency clients, and professional creators. This position will report to, and work closely with, the Director of Sales and the Implementation + Sales Ops Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Program manage and personally handle customer implementations for star creators, agency clients, and professional creators
  • Partner with Implementations Lead to optimize existing migration processes, toolsets, and integrations
  • Serve as main point of contact for internal Migration team questions and support
  • Partner with contractors and team members to complete inbound migration requests
  • Partner with agencies to migrate high-value or key influencer accounts
  • Identify and promote product changes that facilitate reducing migration ETAs
  • Partner with Creator Growth and Customer Success teams to execute onboarding strategy for star creators, agency clients, and professional creators
  • Functionally lead projects and act as a Program Manager
  • Develop and document key SOPs for Migration + Implementation services
  • Support Sales through project scoping and technical audits of leads + incoming creators
  • Lead onboarding calls and training for star, agency, and professional creators
  • Report on performance of migration pipelines, offers, team KPIs and timelines

Requirements/Desired Skills

  • 2+ years implementations project experience, preferably email provider migrations
  • 3-5 years in a project management role or equivalent experience
  • Immaculate attention to detail for technical projects + visual designs
  • Ability to create or use designs from Figma to create email templates, landing pages, and other deliverables within Kit
  • Ability to optimize and/or develop processes that improve project timelines
  • Familiarity with project management via tools like Notion, Asana, Airtable, etc
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Experience working in SaaS
  • Be autonomous and self-motivated to work effectively in a 100% remote company.
  • Have enthusiasm for and belief in our mission, vision, and values.
  • Attend our bi-annual company retreats

Benefits Section

ConvertKit has standardized salaries based on position, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring at our level 2 ($88,500) or level 3 ($110,000). Level is determined based on experience and our interview process.
