What You’ll Do
- Partner with clients to understand their fleet operations, stakeholders, and expectations
- Gather and organize implementation data required for Fleetworthy services
- Set up new customer accounts and ensure services are launched smoothly
- Coordinate with Sales to align purchased services with client needs
- Work with third-party partners, vendors, and agencies to establish access and connectivity
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to align expectations and service delivery
- Ensure services and billing are initiated promptly
- Document and participate in client meetings and conference calls
- Respond quickly to customer/internal requests and keep communications moving
- Proactively request needed info and provide status updates
- Support implementation process documentation and procedural updates
- Provide input on project estimates and timelines
- Maintain work-in-progress records and archives
What You Need
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business/Business Management, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in client services or project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and CRM systems
- Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time management skills
