What You’ll Do
- Lead new customers through isolved implementations, setting up payroll and HR business processes effectively
- Plan, manage, and review project timelines to hit deliverables and successful go-lives
- Identify and escalate risks early to avoid timeline impact
- Train customers during implementation so they’re self-sufficient post go-live
- Help improve and evolve the payroll implementation process to better serve customers
- Build solution and industry knowledge by using internal and customer resources
- Support policy adherence across implementations and project work
- Help manage performance of implementation project team members to drive successful outcomes
What You Need
- 3+ years of functional payroll business process experience (payroll tax experience required)
- Software implementation experience (SaaS implementation strongly aligned)
- Fluent English
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning systems quickly
- Detail-oriented, team-focused, and initiative-driven
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer satisfaction mindset and steady follow-through
- Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed
