  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and internal subject matter experts
  • Client-facing onboarding and implementation work

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with new customers to understand stakeholder expectations and fleet operations while building strong relationships
  • Gather, organize, and manage data required to launch Fleetworthy services
  • Set up new customer accounts and guide clients through the onboarding process
  • Align purchased services with client needs by partnering closely with Sales and internal teams
  • Coordinate with third-party partners, vendors, and agencies to establish access for both Fleetworthy and customers
  • Ensure services and billing are initiated promptly and accurately
  • Document client meetings and calls, and actively participate in implementation conversations
  • Respond quickly to customer and internal requests, keeping work moving and expectations clear
  • Proactively communicate with clients to collect needed info and provide account updates
  • Support the creation and upkeep of documented implementation procedures
  • Provide input on project estimates and timelines, and maintain work-in-progress records and archives

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business/Business Management, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in client services or project management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel) and CRM systems
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to apply concepts across different client situations
