OVERVIEW
As an HR Administrator, you are a reliable and detail-oriented support for all levels of our company at every stage of the employee life cycle. You will be responsible for onboarding new hires with the help of the HR Operations team, as well as partnering with the team to deliver unique programming for our employees. You will gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced and fully-distributed work environment. To keep pace in this environment, you are customer-focused, well-organized, and an intuitive learner.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as an initial point of contact for employee questions about HR topics such as employee onboarding, benefits, company policies, time off, etc.
- Conduct the onboarding process for all new hires (verify paperwork, benefits enrollment, new hire orientation, etc.) and offboarding process (equipment returns, and exit interviews.)
- Cultural ambassador who plays a key role in the onboarding and employee experience.
- Partner with the HR Operations team on employee benefits programs, employment compliance, and best practices in a fully distributed workforce across North America.
- Support the HR Benefits team with benefits administration and answering employee benefit questions.
- Respond to employment verifications and unemployment claims.
- Play a key role in maintaining the accuracy of employee data in our various human resources systems.
- As a trusted member of the HR Team, you’ll keep sensitive information confidential and be empowered to identify areas for improvement, create solutions, and implement lasting and positive change.
What You Bring to the Table:
- At least one year of professional experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in learning the intricacies of Human Resources, especially in a fully-distributed environment.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Passion for people, culture, process improvement, and providing a best-in-class employment experience.
- A collaborative and team-oriented attitude that allows you to work effectively with employees across the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a self-starter attitude.
- Great communication skills and service-oriented attitude.
- Experience using HRISystems and Google Suite.
COMPENSATION:
- Colorado applicants: The minimum annual salary for this role is $45,000. Base pay is part of a rich total compensation package and is included for demonstrative purposes only.
