Openings: 1 Spanish/English Speaking Rep
Location: Remote, US, must be willing to work Central time
Shift: Must have open availability to work any shift Mon- Fri 6:00a.m. – 5:30p.m. (CT)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact to resolve HR requests and answer questions for internal Associates, Managers and Business Partners
  • Provide support to end users in performing a variety of transactional requests, including but not limited to processing HR activities, ensure routing and approval of transaction.
  • Respond to requests through various intake channels using standard scripts, FAQs, policy manuals, HR issue knowledge base, desktop procedures and other reference materials.
