The Human Resources Assistant coordinates the onboarding functions for new hires while providing exceptional customer service, and administrative support to the Human Resources Department.

Overall Expectations:

  • Responsible for onboarding new hires according to the established process to include completion of new hire paperwork and compliance with I-9 forms. Ensure all new hire files are uploaded into the HRIS system
  • Assists with the integration feature of Provider Trust/Dayforce program and ensures compliance with employee licenses and certifications.
  • Administratively supports HR Department
  • Completes employment verifications.
  • Creates and distributes Heads Ups emails.
  • Prepares/responds to requests for employee verifications.
  • Coordinates orientation and training sessions.
  • Provides exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with getting job descriptions signed and on file

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of six (6) months HR experience preferred
  • Notary preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills; aptitude for learning and mastering specialized software programs.
  • Internet savvy
