What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume associate inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with exceptional customer service
- Support across all HR areas: payroll, benefits, leave of absence, associate relations, compensation, and talent management
- Work within multiple HR systems to resolve cases, typically within 24 business hours
What You Need
- BS/BA in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 1+ year in HR, customer service, or a related role
- Bilingual Spanish fluency (read, speak, write)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in HR, Benefits, or Payroll
- Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills under pressure
- Ability to manage confidential and time-sensitive information with accuracy
