Schedule

  • Remote position

  • Requires flexibility to resolve time-sensitive HR needs

What You’ll Do

  • Handle high-volume associate inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with exceptional customer service
  • Support across all HR areas: payroll, benefits, leave of absence, associate relations, compensation, and talent management
  • Work within multiple HR systems to resolve cases, typically within 24 business hours

What You Need

  • BS/BA in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year in HR, customer service, or a related role
  • Bilingual Spanish fluency (read, speak, write)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in HR, Benefits, or Payroll
  • Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills under pressure
  • Ability to manage confidential and time-sensitive information with accuracy
