Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote
- Monday through Friday
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and execute all onboarding activities for new hires, including background checks, offer letters, and document storage
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure HR paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing support
- Process HRIS updates for employee changes and ensure accurate reporting for payroll
- Maintain HR files, records, and documentation to ensure compliance
- Assist with compliance training, HR reporting, and employee inquiries
- Represent the company with professionalism in conduct, attitude, and appearance
What You Need
- Associate’s Degree in HR or related field (SHRM certification preferred)
- At least 3 years of HR-related experience required
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and onboarding processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and virtual onboarding tools
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
