- Standard business hours with flexibility for onboarding sessions
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate all onboarding activities, including background checks, offer letters, and digital document storage
- Conduct engaging new hire orientations and ensure timely completion of HR paperwork
- Serve as the main contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance
- Update HRIS for employee changes and ensure timely reporting for payroll
- Maintain accurate HR files, records, and compliance training data
- Support employees with general HR inquiries and escalate when needed
What You Need
- Associate’s degree or equivalent; SHRM Certification preferred
- 3+ years of HR experience with onboarding focus
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Experience with virtual onboarding tools and processes
