  • Standard business hours with flexibility for onboarding sessions

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate all onboarding activities, including background checks, offer letters, and digital document storage
  • Conduct engaging new hire orientations and ensure timely completion of HR paperwork
  • Serve as the main contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance
  • Update HRIS for employee changes and ensure timely reporting for payroll
  • Maintain accurate HR files, records, and compliance training data
  • Support employees with general HR inquiries and escalate when needed

What You Need

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent; SHRM Certification preferred
  • 3+ years of HR experience with onboarding focus
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Experience with virtual onboarding tools and processes
