Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states: AL, AR, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WV, WI)
  • Standard business hours with flexibility

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary HR resource for employees, responding to inquiries with timely support
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and coaching
  • Provide counsel to managers on performance management, corrective actions, and terminations
  • Support goal-setting, feedback, and evaluations within performance processes
  • Administer leave of absence processes with compliance and empathy
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Compensation teams
  • Track HR metrics and provide insights to improve decision-making
  • Participate in HR projects, recommending automation and process improvements
  • Stay current on HR laws, trends, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR or related experience, including frontline/hourly employee support
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • High level of discretion with confidential information
  • Tech-savvy with HRIS systems, AI tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
