Schedule
- Full-time, remote (United States)
- Travel up to 15%
- Collaboration across U.S. time zones
- Some client environments may require post-offer health screenings and proof or completion of certain vaccinations (exemptions reviewed case-by-case, where applicable)
What You’ll Do
- Partner with employees and leaders to interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations
- Coach managers on performance management, corrective actions, and involuntary terminations
- Handle day-to-day employee relations matters, including investigations as needed
- Create and/or facilitate training for managers and employees
- Support job description development and compensation analysis
- Assist with EEOC/DOL and other claims, including gathering historical employment and company data
- Support OSHA and safety initiatives; help manage safety programs for assigned regions/offices
- Coordinate promotions and staff changes, ensuring documentation is complete and changes are processed through HR data/payroll workflows
- Help oversee employee headcount for a 500+ employee population
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Need
- 2–4 years of HR experience (HR/HR Generalist scope)
- 1+ year of employee relations experience
- Strong working knowledge of HR-related state and federal regulations
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and deliver accurate work on time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Compensation and job description experience (plus)
- Oracle HRIS experience (plus)

- Estimated total cash compensation: $72,000–$85,000 USD (varies by level, responsibilities, skills, and experience)
